Hi! My name is Ellie Hoover. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Minnesota State University in Mankato. I am completing my internship at Journeys Toward Healing as part of my training to become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
I have always had a passion for helping others and believe that therapy can be a valuable tool in creating positive change. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals who are learning to cope with chronic pain, as well as those navigating life transitions and personal challenges. My goal is to continue developing the skills necessary to support individuals in finding healthy ways to manage stress and enhance their overall well-being.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, creating all kinds of crafts, and playing board and card games with friends and family
