Everyone deserves a safe place to feel heard, supported, and understood. Tracy enjoys working with clients of all ages, with a special passion for helping children ages 10 and under build confidence, navigate big emotions, and develop healthy coping skills. She partners closely with parents and caregivers to support children’s growth at home, school, and in everyday life.
Tracy earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. She has specialized training in Trauma-Responsive Practice, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and grief and loss counseling.
Whether you or your child are facing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation challenges, grief, trauma, or life transitions, Tracy strives to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow.
Outside of counseling, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, crafting, and being involved in her community.
